Questions people ask us

Something not here? Call 020 3925 7735 and ask.

Do I need experience in care?

Yes. We welcome people who are new to care. Tell us where you are starting from and we will be straight with you about what fits.

Do I need a DBS already?

No. If you do not already have a DBS check, the cost is paid by you, and we will guide you through the application.

Can I choose my shifts?

Yes. You tell us the days and shifts that work for you, and you can say no to any shift we offer.

Do I need to drive?

Not for most work. Home care visits usually need a driver, and we only offer shifts you can actually get to.

Ready when you are.
